Headquartered in Dallas TX, W Properties manages a diverse portfolio of assets and operating companies including legacy apartment holdings, SFR development, and ranch and land holdings — alongside an active development pipeline exceeding $300M across three major projects: Everbloom — 343-unit build-to-rent community in Melissa, TX ($110M) Melissa Phase 2 — 252-unit garden-style apartments in Melissa, TX ($55M) The Trails at Old Burnt Store Rd — 550-unit mixed-product development across 47 acres in Cape Coral, FL (~$140M) The portfolio is further supported by Prophet Homes, a residential investment marketplace with 14 offices across the U.S. and Prophet Title, a captive title operation that keeps transactions in-house across the platform.
