We initiate positions through open market transactions, IPO and follow-on offering allocations, and private investments in public equities. Our targets generally land in the Life Sciences, Technology, Financials, Luxury, and Consumer Products, Real Estate, Industrials, and Natural Resources industries and have market capitalizations of over $50 million. SBP Management helps portfolio companies unlock strategic value through creative and timely infusions of capital. Proceeds go towards operations, growth, and acquisitions. Several of our investments serve as a bridge to more substantial capital transactions.
