Green Arc LLC’s objective is to make platform and add-on acquisitions in the lower market industrial space, along with carefully selected opportunistic investments. We typically partner with smaller family & entrepreneurial owned businesses that seek a solution to their succession planning needs. For platform investments Green Arc seeks opportunities where we can be a true value add partner for the ongoing management team and for add-on acquisitions we focus on opportunities that expedite growth objectives into new customers, products, end-markets and expand our geographical reach. At Green Arc we strongly believe in culture and that the people we partner with are the key to building success. Since we are a family office there is no investment time horizon which allows us to take a very long-term approach to creating value for everyone involved.
