The Probus Group provides specialized real estate consulting and development services. Our managing principles bring collective experience of over $2 billion in development, acquisitions, and REO workouts of various asset types. Our clients include lenders, REITs, developers, public and private equity groups as well as asset managers. We typically work directly with company CEO/CFOs to provide the tools needed to help management make time sensitive and strategic decisions. In addition to this, we have managed over $600 million in distressed loans and assets as well as the ground up development of over $200 million in Class A commercial and single family projects. For our REIT clients we have created complex financial models that project future dividend coverage ratios, income statements and balance sheets, and how different management strategies will ultimately impact shareholder value.
