For over 40 years, our family has started and scaled companies across manufacturing, distribution, technology, and the built environment. We invest with a long-term ownership mindset — prioritizing disciplined capital allocation, strong management teams, and durable cash flow. We are not a fund with a defined exit horizon. We buy and build to hold. The name ShadePoint reflects a philosophy often attributed to ancient Greece: “A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in.” We invest for the next generation, not the next quarter.
