Industrial Renaissance
The mission of Industrial Renaissance is to buy and build successful businesses. We are not a private equity fund or venture capitalists. We are a new kind of investor. Our goal is to buy companies that are underperforming or possess a disruptive technology that transforms the industry segments in which they compete. Industrial Renaissance has been in business since 1996 as a principal investment and operating firm. We do not charge investors management fees, but rather we invest our own capital with participation from a select group of long-term investors. We are not buyers and sellers of businesses, we buy to build businesses. We are highly unique in the private equity, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions industry.
