Steven Schinko, principal of Schinko Law, represents entrepreneurs, high-net worth individuals, family offices, and venture capital funds. He advises clients through their entire business lifecycle, focusing on formation, private equity and venture capital financing transactions, complex commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and asset and stock sales.
