Our Approach -Identify what about your business is keeping you up at night. -Using our TIMETM Methodology we work with you to develop a plan to address your concern(s) -Using the Technology of Participation Facilitation Methodology, we work with you and your team to develop solutions and if needed support the implementation of those solutions. -During our engagement, we work closely with at least one identified team member to transfer knowledge and skills to ensure sustainability for the future. -Develop a follow-up plan including responsibilities and accountabilities to ensure continued success.
