Description

Simplicient is an LLC I set up in 2010 to perform periodic CFO Contract work. Engagements have included helping a newly created roll-up assess its accounting personnel and processes, develop a forecasting and cash modeling template and protocol for a multi-site entity, guiding a M&A target entity through its first ever audit and bank exam, teaching, and helping a newly acquired entity integrate into a broader platform. The majority of the work has been done for PE backed entities typically in some phase of a M&A process. I have been able to draw on over 35 years of professional experience to do this work. And the engagements have been successful.
