Our focus includes enterprise-wide architecture that aligns operating units or geographies around new strategy or business conditions. We also help clients redesign corporate functions to effectively and efficiently enable strategy execution. Governance and Operating Model - We intentionally design how people in organizations actually work together, make decisions and define and measure success. This includes hardwiring collaboration into the formal and informal ways of working, ensuring the right information flows to the right people, defining relevant metrics and clarifying wo makes decisions and how these decisions get made. Digital Strategy and Transformation - We help clients create digital strategies and align their organization and operating model to execute them.
