Acuity Capital Partners is a unique private investment firm. Our goal is simple: to create extraordinary shareholder value by making investments in carefully chosen companies in the lower middle market in which we can leverage our strengths in strategy, operations and corporate finance with Management’s execution capabilities. We invest our own capital in every deal and also invest on behalf of a small group of private individuals. Because we don't maintain a captive fund, we enjoy tremendous flexibility and latitude. We are able to pursue opportunities that are well beyond the scope and ability of most larger private equity funds. We buy companies, but we invest in people. We only make investments in companies that have management teams that are experienced, talented, and agile. We do not actively manage the companies we invest in. We do, however, do everything in our power to assist our management teams in the process of creating value. We are a team of individuals with extensive experience in corporate finance, operations, corporate strategy, and general management. We are passionate about creating value.
