Having been inspired for years by entrepreneurial journeys of our fathers, Bazaar Ventures Search Fund is committed to identifying and acquiring one exceptional business in the US and Canada. Our industry focus is wide, spanning healthcare, software, logistics and reversed logistics, services, retail, and re-commerce. Unlike more traditional private equity firms, we strive to preserve the founder's legacy, company culture, and identity built over the years with care and diligence. To ensure a smooth transition, we will learn from and work shoulder to shoulder with the founder, meeting key stakeholders where they are. We like to think of Bazaar Ventures as of a place where succession meets tradition and legacies endure (with a pinch of innovation) and would love to connect with prospective business owners for succession opportunities.
