Credit Restoration Assistance: In accordance with the Fair Credit Report Act (FCRA) guidelines we dispute inaccurate or misreported information showing up on an individual's credit across all 3 credit bureaus. ALTERNATIVES: Through a private investment fund, we provide "underwater" home owners with the opportunity to reduce their principle balance to current market value: a principle reduction program that involves the transfer of the servicing of the loan to a private investor.
