We are currently acquiring and growing small businesses with annual revenues between $1M to $10M, located in Southern California, especially San Diego, and the Midwest focused on Indianapolis MSA. Although we are industry agnostic, we are currently focused on Construction Services (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, similar services), Engineering, Manufacturing, Distribution, Information Technology (SaaS, Services, etc), and Temporary Staffing.
