In 2009, Springworks was launched to primarily help create pathways for under-targeted groups to have a greater role in the innovation community. In 2013, we extended our mandate and now address any challenges or opportunities within the domestic American innovation ecosystem. Springworks new mission is to design and pilot programs that advance growth entrepreneurship in the United States. Springworks current pilot programs include the Springworks Scholars, WE Generation (WE-Gen) and The Carver Society.
