Our family has invested in and operated businesses ranging from contract packaging, corrugated boxes and foam fabrication, to food processing, Meals Ready-to-Eat (MRE) and toy manufacturing. We seek to acquire companies whose owners wish to retire or reduce their day-to-day involvement. We offer a customized transition plan and liquidity event designed to preserve what the legacy owners have built. Jansen Investments has a long-term investment and operational timeline — we plan to hold our acquired companies indefinitely.
