Alpha Capital Acquisition Company is a newly formed blank check company that intends to seek a business combination with a Latin American-focused technology business that will benefit from our founders’ experience growing and operating businesses in this industry throughout Latin America. Our IPO took place on February 18, 2021, raising total gross proceeds of $200mm. Our ticker is ASPC. Our strategy is to identify and complete a business combination where we can apply our unique combination of experience and skills to create value for our shareholders over time. We seek to help a target business unleash its full potential through access to capital markets to enable sustainable growth.
