After seeing how much better the property market was in the USA in terms of being able to generate profitable cashflow he couldn't imagine how he could go back to investing in Australia. This was when he founded Bald Eagle Investments USA so he could create businesses and invest in the USA. Bald Eagle Investments currently operates Income Property Makeovers LLC which offers renovation services to property investors as well as helps international investors acquire and renovate below market value properties with high income potential. It also invests in income properties directly.
