Clear Springs Capital, (“CSC”) is a family office with deep roots in the US military, veteran and West Point (and other Academies) communities. We are focused on buyouts, partnerships and recapitalizations of smaller, lower middle market companies. We target businesses in the defense, education, industrial services, niche manufacturers, waste, OTR logistics, refrigeration (ice machines), business services, and specialty chemical manufacturers space with revenues of at least $1 million and positive, historical cash flow.
