Incrementum Capital Partners (“ICP”) was established in 2009 to create value on the back-end of the broken financial markets. Today, ICP invests in and provides advisory services to companies operating in the transportation & logistics, maritime services, software & consumer sectors. On the investment side, we operate as an independent financial sponsor – not a traditional fund, which we believe brings better alignment of interests to both our investors and the management teams we partner with. ICP’s investment experience spans from growth capital to buyouts. We are hands-on investors and seek to add value to the entrepreneurs and executives we partner with by working alongside them to set achievable milestones, target and implement operational efficiencies and pursue organic and inorganic growth initiatives. In addition, ICP offers financial management, revenue generation, corporate development and board advisory services.
