TruArc Partners was established in 2021 as a successor firm to Snow Phipps Group, LLC, and builds upon the experience of its investment team. TruArc pursues transformational growth in the middle market by pursuing a strategy of active strategic and operational management by partnering with dedicated senior executives and strong management teams. We take a collaborative, collegial approach that involves working closely with experienced operating partners and strong management teams to target companies where there are multiple organic and inorganic growth opportunities to pursue transformational growth within attractive sub-sectors across Specialty Manufacturing and Business Services. Since 2005, our experienced team has executed over $3.3 billion in private equity investments across 26 platform investments and more than 90+ add-on acquisitions. The TruArc team continues to manage Snow Phipps portfolio companies while actively seeking new platforms.
