CapitalView Investment Partners, LLC (“CapitalView”) is a lower middle market private investment firm that seeks to provide solutions-based, flexible capital to companies experiencing complex business and operational challenges or other special situations. We seek to invest throughout the capital structure in debt and equity securities in both control buyouts and structured debt financings. Our extensive experience both as lenders to, and owners of, businesses equips us with a unique perspective when investing capital in complex situations and enables us to identify and execute asymmetric risk/reward investment opportunities regardless of placement in the capital structure.
