Torcastle seeks majority equity investments in niche manufacturing, value-added distribution and select service companies. Torcastle's experience spans three decades as a principal investor and partner to numerous management teams across a wide array of industries. We are active investors from a strategic perspective and seek to add value along side our management partners. Through our decades of investment experience and connections within a broad array of industries, Torcastle represents an attractive alternative for owners seeking to achieve liquidity whilst maintaining an ongoing ownership position in, and management leadership of, the companies they've built. While we are active investors, we don't manage businesses on a day-to-day basis. Accordingly, management is entrusted with operational control of the businesses in which we invest.
