Local Equity is an impact investment and economic development firm in the Inland Empire. We are proud to work with our local communities, but have frequent conversations with nationwide partners. We are experts in finance, development, and economic development that are united by the common goal of creating strong partnerships to advance place-based strategies. Our team is hands-on, and believes in data-driven approaches that manage and reduce various risks. Partnering with local government, CDEs, CDFIs, and local non-profits is in our DNA, and helps ensure we influence sustainable developments.
