Description

Oxygen Partners are a team of experienced investors focussed on acquiring UK based SME's. The business was founded in 2017, with an initial focus on acquiring and rebuilding value in underperforming UK SME'S, but over the past few years Oxygen's focus has developed to include acquisitions of more traditional better performing businesses and property assets. Oxygen is not an investment fund. We invest personal funds into the acquisitions which means that there is less focus on generating an exit over a fixed term and more focus on building a cash generative sustainable business. We support management teams on strategic matters but do not take executive positions in the investments. Oxygen seeks to back strong dynamic management teams and boards who are incentivised to drive business improvement for the longer term benefit of all involved As a small team of 3, we act as ‘active non-executive board members’ of our businesses and support where necessary.
