DH Private Equity Partners is one of Europe’s longest-established and most experienced private equity firms, re-branding the Firm in May 2017 from Doughty Hanson to DH Private Equity Partners. Over more than three decades and six funds, DH has invested in over 60 companies across a range of market sectors. We have maintained a consistent and disciplined investment approach, which has delivered strong returns to our investors across several economic cycles. The Firm has established a strong track record of investing in and growing market-leading businesses, and developed an enviable reputation as an acquirer of family businesses which have accounted for almost half of all investments. We focus on majority ownership and control of businesses in the European middle market with enterprise values between €200m – €600m.
