We typically work with businesses that meet the following profile: • Minimum 3 years trading history with proven revenue growth • £4m+ turnover • £1m+ EBITDA (or strong exponential growth if pre-profit) • Exceptional management team • Raising £1m–£50m • UK-domiciled (preferred) • Sector agnostic
