We provide Private Equity Groups with Interim CEO services, making businesses more profitable, and often in advance of a sale. Our methodology has been honed over 30 years so that we can have an immediate impact on profitability. On occasion, we have been brought in to stave off a bankruptcy. Our target return on equity is 20 times fees paid. In addition to running companies for PEGs, we will consider purchasing such companies for our own account.
The Barrington Group focuses on business services, specifically providing interim management and turnaround consulting for private equity-backed firms, while occasionally acquiring distressed or underperforming companies for their own account.
