We acquire Contract Pharmaceutical Research Services, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Primary Care practices, and Diagnostic and Medical Labs, in South Florida to supply our facilities in order to build a referral network and provide doctors access to drugs & offer patients care at lower costs. We work with business owners to provide a tailored approach to exit, often one which enables the business owner to remain at the company in a few capacities, including a consultancy role. This means owners can retire and still be a part of the company without the risk and having to shoulder all responsibility. Growth is always a top priority for the business we acquire, as we want to have them reach their highest potential. Doing so, will allow greater options for the employees and make a more significant impact on the community.
