After closing $4+ billion of transactions in more than 50 years of combined experience in Private Equity, we are building something new that values patience and relationships in a way traditional Private Equity falls short. We are trading a world focused on fundraising, velocity of capital, fees, and underserved/overgrown portfolios for a much simpler world where we deploy our own capital in a select group of companies and form deep partnerships with the owners and operators of those businesses.
