Sigla is a newly established, sector-focused private equity firm. We invest across Europe in countries we know well and where we understand local markets and can bring our networks to bear. Our passion and our focus lie on the healthcare and B2B SDS* segments. Our team has invested and directly operated as founders/executives in these segments for decades. We partner with great leaders and great businesses to make them even better. We seek to support our partners as needed and are particularly well-equipped to add value in the areas of (i) digitalisation, which is a core theme in our sectors; (ii) operational excellence; and (iii) sourcing strategic M&A. We are hands-on and ready to deploy our sector know-how, Sigla’s proprietary networks of sector and functional experts, and our very own dedicated sourcing platform to actively unlock accelerated growth and lasting value. We maintain a highly concentrated portfolio, ensuring each company receives focused attention and dedicated support. Sigla was founded by its three Managing Partners and Nordstjernan AB, a Swedish investment house with 130+ years of investing and entrepreneurial heritage.
