B12 Capital Partners is a private equity fund looking to partner with owners and managers of manufacturing and distribution companies with $5 to $50 million in revenue. Our geographical emphasis is on the states of the Big Twelve conference, extending into the upper Midwest, Southeast and Intermountain West. We know how hard it is to grow a business, and we know what it takes to make an acquisition successful for all parties involved - the selling shareholders who are either taking a back seat, or exiting the business; the management team partnering with the new owners; the key employees, suppliers and customers who are integral to the success of the business; and the private equity fund investor who is seeking an appropriate return on their investment.
