When Felix and I were roommates at Georgia Tech in the 1990s, we spent more than a few late nights talking about building businesses together—usually over coffee at the only place open at 2 a.m.: Waffle House. Two decades later, we finally made it official. 2AM Partners was born. At 2AM Partners, we acquire and invest in small-cap B2B service businesses. We focus on opportunities where hands-on operating experience in finance, technology, process improvement, and supply chain optimization can drive durable growth.
