We started ScaleWerks because the “Private Equity Group Think” focus on cost takeout and “every dollar we spend hurts our return mindset” will never produce Category Leaders like an Apple or an Amazon, which capture 76% of their category value. Our proprietary protocol focuses on Customer Lifetime Value that delivers exponential returns versus PE where 2-3x is celebrated.
