Rather than chasing growth for growth’s sake, Vida partners closely with founders and teams to provide capital, operational support and strategic leadership, helping good businesses become sustainable, resilient ones. We focus on long-term value, people-first thinking and products that genuinely improve everyday life. Through Vida and the Birdseed Fund, we work hands-on with portfolio companies — from early traction through to scale — supporting strategy, governance, commercial execution and leadership. I’m especially interested in practical tech, SaaS, wellbeing platforms and services that remove friction for people and organisations. We care deeply about building things properly, doing business with integrity, and proving that purpose and performance don’t have to be enemies. Outside of work, I’m a husband, dad, problem-solver by nature, and someone who believes businesses should ultimately make life better — not just busier.
