CCP participates in limited partner private investing, direct co-investing, lead sponsor investing, and business incubation. We supply capital and consulting for growth and change of control transitions with a concentration on middle market businesses. Our focus for the last 20 years has been on empowering software technology, health care technology (HCIT), payments technology, and tech enabled business services. Over the last 30 years our partners have invested hundreds of millions of dollars and have led transactions in the billions of dollars. CCP makes subordinated debt and equity investments of between 1.5 mm and 30 mm dollars.
