Private Credit: We partner with business owners as they navigate financing needs during transitions periods and/or growth initiatives. We specialize in providing alternative credit facility structures (debt and/or hybrid equity) to lower middle market companies. Our typical investment is in the $2 to $5 million range and is generally the most senior credit and/or equity outside capital invested in the company. Real Estate: We partner with Southeast developers across all asset classes of real estate including: commercial, industrial, residential, land development and multi-family through either a debt or equity structure. Two Key Strategies: (1) Deal-by-Deal opportunities in the Southeast where we know the market and have established key development relationships; (2) Financing for developers with national build-to-suit opportunities
