HorizonVest is a private investment firm backed by a group of seasoned investors and executives, each with decades of entrepreneurial and operational experience. We invest in industrial products and service businesses by partnering with entrepreneurs, owners, and management teams to drive transformational growth in the HorizonVest family of companies. HorizonVest is not a traditionally structured private equity firm. Instead of a broad portfolio approach, we focus our efforts on a select group of very special companies. We have access to capital that will suit almost any company and/or situation, including debt and equity, and in some cases even on a “perpetual” basis.
