Blue Phi Capital works with startups on setting strategy, building financial function, and cultivating an all-star team. Blue Phi Capital's clients include Wethos, Anwix, and Toke where we set roadmaps to a repeatable, scalable business model by identifying key drivers, building out the executive team, and implementing the strategy-tactics-initiatives-tasks waterfall to hit quarterly objectives. Additionally, we lead the finance team on the acquisition of cash resources (fundraising) and proper management thereof (financial operations).
