Lighthouse Equity Partners is a private equity investor focused on growth-oriented small and mid-sized businesses located in Western Canada and the Western United States. Led by career private capital investors, Joe Lucke and Steve Hnatiuk, Lighthouse counts many of Western Canada's most successful entrepreneurs and executives as its limited partners. Lighthouse's principals have invested over $500 million across more than 50 private companies in eight private capital funds over the past 20 years. Lighthouse was formed with the sole intention of focusing our experience, capital, and network of resources on smaller, entrepreneurial Western-based companies with strong growth potential. We help to facilitate business ownership transitions. We listen to the needs of business owners.
