 Marketed start-up small business funding conduit to acquire esoteric financial assets and distribute to targeted investors. Secured $25 million anchor investor.  Created a recurring revenue model to provide small business financial strategy advice to targeted clients using Facebook, Google, Youtube and LinkedIn digital marketing algorithms.  Structured and marketed esoteric assets owned by small business clients including: solar panel recievables, oil royalty trusts, distressed mortgage notes, major legal case contingent fees, medical equipment manufacturer and start-up SAAS companies. Each created funding vehicle gave working capital access to the clients who previously were unable to access traditional funding sources at significantly lower, non-recourse rates.  Read the entire 2017 Tax Reform Bill and built an optimization model for clients which when implemented saved clients up 24% in their tax liability by restructuring their business.
