Arctos
Founded in 2018, Arctos Capital was one of the earliest private credit firms dedicated to the bitcoin industry. The firm originated and structured financing solutions for miners and investors, ranging from secured loans to innovative revenue-sharing and royalty agreements, while also managing a private credit fund that provided investors with exposure to this emerging asset class. Arctos Capital was acquired by NYDIG in 2021. Arctos Holdings now serves as a holding company for family investments, with a primary focus on opportunities in bitcoin, energy, and specialty finance.
