Calibre invests across the entire capital structure, having made control equity investments, minority equity purchases in support of management buyouts, and subordinated debt investments. Calibre is backed by a core investor group of family offices and high net worth individuals, allowing us to act more like industrialists and less like traditional private equity firms.
