TPA Capital (“TPA”) is a private equity investment vehicle seeking to invest £5m-£25m equity in support of ambitious management teams and exciting UK centric businesses. TPA offers buyout and growth capital, on a fully equity underwritten debt free basis, in return for a majority or minority equity stake with a flexible investment horizon. The aim is to back people with whom it has a shared vision, supporting both organic and acquisitive growth strategies, across diverse markets.
