Volvere is an investment company that invests in non-core, loss-making and out-of-favour assets. We also acquire any company that is complementary to our existing portfolio or which is in a sector in which we have specialist knowledge. Our current trading businesses are organised into two segments: security solutions and online marketing and data. Previous areas of investment have included safety and risk consulting, and testing and certification. We are discreet and dependable buyer used to working to short time-scales.
Volvere targets turnaround and non-core assets across safety consulting, data marketing, and security solutions. They have a specific history in the testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) space and operate as a UK-listed investment holding company.
