Broad Investment Criteria: -Lower and middle market companies which can benefit from our operational resources -$25 million to $100 million in revenues in all industries -Strong market position at some point in the company lifecycle Investment Focus: -Control equity investments and leveraged buyouts -Investments in bank debt, trade claims, seller notes, distressed credit facilities -Turnarounds and special situations -Underperforming assets & companies -Generational transitions struggling to execute upon a successful strategy
