Our founder, Sam Hanna, built one of the largest land surveying and engineering businesses in the United States. Sam's lifetime of experience, and that of our founding principals, provides us with the unique capability to cultivate growth, develop and nurture employees, and safeguard the culture of founder- and family-owned businesses. We are financial buyers with patient capital and seek partnerships based on mutual respect between business owners. Our preferred investment criteria include: • Industries: Business-to-Business & Professional Services Engineering Services Wholesale Distribution Specialized Manufacturing • Location: Texas and adjacent states • Financial Metrics: Minimum $1,000,000 EBITDA Enterprise value up to $50 million • Ownership & Management: Family and/or founder owned Capable management team ready to transition • Business Strategy: Capital efficient business model that is able to scale We review a variety of opportunities within the lower middle market. Investments that fall outside these criteria are considered on a case-by-case basis.
