Our goals are to: Build Leaders who understand the business side of dentistry in order to elevate patient care, realize the asset of having a vision drive Hygiene department inside the DSO and private practice, based on oral health as an extension of overall health, and develop Hygienists that see themselves as part of a team that facilitates positive interactions with staff members and patients. With National Hygiene Excellence, we created a National Organization for Hygienists and Dental Leaders to communicate and participate in shared values.
