SPP Dental Partners is a doctor-led dental group based in Salt Lake City that partners with independent private practices — explicitly not acquiring them outright — providing centralised back-office support (billing, HR, marketing, supply management) whilst allowing affiliated dentists to retain 100% clinical and operational autonomy.
