We are a Dental Support Organization "DSO"​ that is committed to providing the highest quality of care and service to patients of all ages. Through the clinical and administrative support that we provide our offices and doctors, our locations can focus on what is important, the patient. Our offices are located in the Chicago land area and we are proud to serve the citizens of the various communities in which we have offices.

Cornerstone Dental Partners was a 10-office DSO operating in the greater Chicago area that was acquired by P1 Dental Partners in December 2021 and no longer exists as an independent entity.

Cornerstone Dental Partners was acquired by P1 Dental Partners (a Prairie Capital portfolio company) in December 2021 and is therefore no longer an independent buyer; its domain is also for sale, confirming it is no longer an active, independent entity.
